Premier Service

 Interval:              Every 6 months for standard offices.                                                   Every 3 to 4 months for heavy dust environments

 Prerequisites:     Ensure machine is switched off or keyboard                             locked prior to work to ensure no data loss or                             corruption. 

 Time involved:    Approximate time 30-40 minutes per desk area.

Standard Service

 Interval:              Once a month for normal office environment.                                       Once every two weeks for industrial environment

 Prerequisites:     Ensure machine is switched off or keyboard                             locked prior to work to ensure no data loss or                             corruption. 

 Time involved:    Approximate time 5 to 10 minutes per desk area.

 Service Recommendations

One ‘Premier Service’ clean, followed by 11 subsequent ‘Standard Service’ cleans during a one year period.

Or

A ‘Premier Service’ clean once every 6 months.

Machines are recommended to be switched off prior to clean to prevent data loss.  With the type of work involved PC Pro-Clean can not guarantee no power loss to a device. Failure to shut down or lock keyboard my result in loss of work or corruption to information.

Premier Service In-depth description

Monitor: Soft Brush down of exterior and vents and hard brush down of crevasses.  Removal of stubborn stains (ink/sello-tape burns etc, where possible). Detergent spray and clean with lint free cloth. Spray screen with non-conductive solution and clean with Micro-fibre cloth. 

Telephone: Disconnection of line in. Removal of all paper inserts to avoid damage during clean.  Removal of stubborn stains (ink/sello-tape burns etc, where possible).  Soft brush down of exterior and hard brush down of crevasses.  Detergent spray and clean with lint free cloth. Re-assembly of phone. Reconnection of line in.

Keyboard: Ensure / initiate keyboard lock mechanism if available. Removal of appropriate keys prior to clean.  Soft and hard brush down of debris with within keyboard.  Hard brush down of crevasses.  Reassembly of keys.  Removal of stubborn stains (ink/sello-tape burns etc, where possible).  Detergent spray and clean with lint free cloth.

Mouse: Hard brush down of crevasses.  Removal of stubborn stains (ink/sello-tape burns etc, where possible)Clean of mouse ball area (if applicable) to aid smooth rolling.  Clean of mouse wheel (if applicable).  Detergent spray and clean with lint free cloth.

Base: Soft brush down of exterior and hard brush down of crevasses.  Soft brush air vents on front, side panels (if applicable) and rear paying particular attention to input/output fans (to aid cooling airflow).  Removal of stubborn stains (ink/sello-tape burns etc, where possible)Detergent spray and clean with lint free cloth.  Notification of Asset Tag/Serial Number for Invoice/Record Keeping.

Desk Area: Accessible surface area cleaned with detergent and lint free cloth.  Clear desk policy suggested for optimum results.  

Standard Service In-depth description

Monitor: Brush down and spray screen with non-conductive solution and clean with Micro-fibre cloth.

Telephone: Disconnection from line in. Brush down and wipe over with wet wipe antibacterial cloth. Reconnection of line in.

Keyboard: Ensure  / initiate keyboard lock mechanism if available.  Brush down and wipe over with wet wipe antibacterial cloth.

Mouse: Wipe over with wet wipe antibacterial cloth.

Desk Area: Surface wipe over with cloth and detergent based solution.
