Q: Who uses PC Pro-Clean's services?
A: We cater for any size or type of company/business, no-one is too big or too small.

Q: Why should I use PC Pro-Clean when I already have I.T. staff on site?
A: We believe it would be false economy to use your highly trained I.T. staff on such mundane tasks as cleaning keyboards.

Q: Keyboards are cheap these days, why not just buy a new one rather than having it cleaned?
A: Firstly it does not make financial sense to throw something away just because it's dirty. Commercial companies are now required to pay for the disposal of old equipment to any of the Isle of Man amenity or refuse sites. (We should all be aiming to be more Eco friendly!)

Q: Are the cleaning solutions you use environmentally friendly?
A: Yes! They are 97% based water. 

Q: What are your normal working hours?
A: We schedule our services to your requirements, anytime of day or night, including weekends. 

Q: How will I know what has been cleaned by you?
A: PC Pro-Clean can provide a job-sheet with itemised equipment details as proof. It will detail the equipment Serial Number and type of device (PC base only if full desk area clean). If you require further information to be logged, please discuss with our sales department.
